Judge orders against Kalimba apprehension for violation presents

A judge yesterday ordered the arrest of Mexican singer Kalimba for the alleged rape of a child under 16 years in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexican Caribbean, Efe said an official source.

The prosecutor in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo, Francisco Alor said that the second criminal court ordered the arrest of the singer and his representative, Gerard Michel, that the alleged corruption of minors.
The 28 year old artist, whose real name is Kalimba Marichal Ibar Kadjaly, is charged with rape of a minor who served as aide to a presentation of the singer in Chetumal, capital of Quintana Roo, on 19 December.

The submission also served as a young assistant of 17 years.

Kalimba, a former member of the group OV7, has ensured that the child went to his hotel in the company of others, and never was alone with her.
